Activity:

- Introductions are super tired, y'all. Yes they're traditional, but we'd rather give you a choice as to how your celeb makes an entrance. What does this mean? Well, you've got options now!

- You can post an entry, a narrative, a mood board, a playlist, or whatever strikes your fancy in your personal journal.
- Or you can post lyrics, a quiz or other random content in ~conduct.
- Or if you wish to keep with tradition, you can post an introduction in ~conduct.
- The only real requirement is that you post something before the next adds cycle.

- We require members to update twice a month. One of those posts must be something that shows substantial effort and the other can be a placeholder or even a post in conduct.

- Don't rolehog. Like, really, don't do it. We are already lax with our update requirement, so if we notice that you're abusing it and not participating in the community, you can be removed.

- Keep your journals up to date: run the button at least once a week, reply to comments in a timely fashion, etc.

- Last point: this is a writing hobby, not a full time job for us or for you. So while we ask you to be active when you can, we also understand that real life can and will impede that from time to time. If you need an extension or a break, let us know. We're here, we're listening, and we will gladly help in whatever way we can.

Overrides:

- If a member is inactive, they are available for override.

- When there is an override application, we will consider this like we would consider challenging applications. This means that if you are a current member who is otherwise inactive in the community, showing activity simply because someone is applying for your role will not guarantee that you maintain your place in the community by default.

- We plan to judge this on a case by case basis. If you're active in the community and slip up just a little, you have nothing to worry about so long as you update what is out of date before adds. On the other hand, if you are only around to comment once a month and have shown no interest in being an interactive member, you may be removed in favor of giving someone else a chance.

Applying:

- We allow one challenge per role, meaning only two applications may be submitted for one celebrity.

- We ask that you provide two types of examples, which may consist of any combination of threads, entries, or narratives.

- Usernames must consist of your celebrity's name only. A stage or given name is acceptable. Please clear your friends list of old communities and users.

- If you would like to override an existing member, please contact us. We'll do an activity check and get back to you.

- No one under 18 years of age may be portrayed.

Generally Speaking:

- Putting it simply: don't be a dick. We will not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, hate speech or harrassment of any kind.

- Adds will be done on Monday and Friday evenings, usually after 8pm eastern time.

- We only have one community and that is ~conduct. You may post whatever you'd like there, from lyrics to quizzes and activities (ex: movie and game nights).

- While we will not have a separate activities journal, we will still have activities. Monthly prompts and Free For All's will be posted in ~conduct and member run activities are encouraged!
